How intriguing are the NBA playoffs this year?
Every night, brand new drama unfolds. It's more like a soap opera with athletes than anything and the latest clap-back diss song aimed at rapper Jay-Z proves that.
If you're late to the party...Washington Wizards star DeShawn Stevenson and LeBron James don't get along. LeBron might be banging his girl (rumor)...DeShawn has already taken multiple swipes at LeBron's face (real)...and rappers Soulja Boy (Clown) and Jay-Z (the Honeymooner) have gotten involved in the process.
That part is mostly comical. But the city of D.C. has gotten the worst end of this feud without a doubt.
Thankfully, a D.C. rapper named Proverb with beach balls for gonads has stepped up out of nowhere and aimed a diss track straight at Jay-Z.

D.C. Rapper Proverb Responds to Jay-Z Diss Track

I heard this dude song…and he said just about all u could say to Jay-z and still be on point, there are a few more street things that can be said to jay in the name of The DMV but Proverb would not know these things … i’m from d.c./pg and jay wants to be us …lol.(Blame Kenny Burns, he sold our image to Shawn Carter..Young! don’t forget P. Diddy) That’s why he said something in the first place! Lebron was a excuse to say something this way (again).
Jay is the best after Tupac but “Blow ur Whistle” is very weak
Proverb got ‘em. I put that on The District. When The DMV take the limelight a lil more about how things have be done on the “East Coast” things will rise to the surface that has been going on for years, this more than De’Shawn Stevenson, Lebron James, basketball, & money(Oh yeah “This is where they print up the paper” we r the money…lol).
