I will never forget the day I was working at Virgin when this dumbass wannabe-skinhead teenager asked me if we carried any "racist music." He was referring to skinhead punk bands like Skrewdriver - which the store indeed carried, along with Buju and Capleton - but I told him to get the eff out for being such a racist idiot. For me, I believe in free speech but not in ignorance and so none of these artists will ever have a place in my equal-rights-lovin' independent music store.

. . .and that is why it was called "the market place of ideas" by the US Supreme court...so musicians and artists say and perform what you like-but if the market rejects you don't hollar that I've been "banned" accept that the market has rejected your ignorant ideas. BTW, free speech rights in the US and around the world does not include the scream "fire" or the right to incite violence in a crowded dancehall or a concert venue.

The ignorant dancehall artist and their supporters seem to cling to their stupid ideas once challenged and rejected by the market and no better example than the Alliance crew and Buju Banton.

I like Buju for what he did because homosexuality is a sin and if u say He should judge not u should also remember that ur bible says if u see what is right and fail to do it for u it is a sin. Or wil u tel me he u see some one heading for distruction u wont at least let known the truth to him. Homosexuality is against the bible and it is of the devil, so all gay be warned dat babylon inner rule u. Even though it is rejected at the market place cannot stil make the truth wrong. Big Up Buju.....I'm a big fan of Buju Banton's music and even though I didn't understand the lyrics too well, I never wanted to go out and shoot homosexuals because I'm not homophobic. Is it possible to love his music, dance to it (that's what mostof his music is for) and not intrude or hate others for their lifestyle choices? YES! YES! YES PEOPLE! Free speech be damned. To each his own, if you doin't like it don't buy it, promote it, or get it free pub......

so now itunes(whom is monopolizing the music industry as I write) will choose what music they sell, Im starting to question apples intentions, reminds me of walmart's censorship
