Girl Talk's and Deerhunter's Langerado Show Moved to Culture Room, Sunday, Mar. 8

Now that Langerado's cancelled, expect many of the bands to announce smaller shows throughout South Florida. Word is, booking agents started calling local promoters a few days before the official cancellation announcement. While we'll sadly still miss out, say, on the Pogues and other headliners, keep your fingers crossed for many of the smaller acts who could safely play places like ... oh, Churchill's? The Vagabond? Just a couple of wild guesses.

Here's something that's not a wild guess: Girl Talk will still play that weekend, but now at Culture Room, in Ft. Lauderdale. His last show, at the old Studio A in Miami last year, was packed -- and that place had a capacity almost twice that of Culture Room. And opening up? Deerhunter! The roof is gonna blow off.
