I said I wasn't positive it was him. Just that I thought it may have been him and Crystal Method's tour manager thought it was him. After comparing the photo to other photos of him, the do resemble each other, though I am still not 100% that it is him.

If you really want to get picky. Compare this dude's earlobe to that of Joaq's. They're not the same. This guy's lobe has a steeper angle at the bottom. It also appears he has a fuller lower lip than Mr. Phoenix. You have to save the picture and then zoom in to see.
