Trouble & Bass Scion A/V Tour with Drop the Lime, AC Slater at Bella Rose June 21

It hasn't even been a month that Scion's House Party event brought Dopplereffekt, yet the youth-targeted car brand can't seem to get enough of the Magic City. This time, the Scion A/V Tour celebrates the release of Scion CD Sample Vol. 25 Trouble & Bass, which features tracks by Drop the Lime, AC Slater, Acid Girls, Starkey, Little Jinder, Math Head and more, at Bella Rose Sunday, June 21. The Brooklyn-based Trouble & Bass crew of Drop The Lime, AC Slater, Star Eyes, and The Captain will be taking over the decks of the South Beach bar, so you better get your dancing shoes ready.

Out of all the names on the bill, Drop the Lime is the most recognizable, since he is no stranger to Miami -- in fact, I wrote about his January appearance at Shake here and there is a slideshow of his October 2008 appearance at the Vagabond here. Though, his most memorable set so far has probably been the Saturday night of WMC 2009 at O.H.W.O.W.

So if you have yet to catch him live, it's not because you haven't had an opportunity, and there is no excuse to miss out this time since the Bella Rose party is free as long as you are 21+ (sorry kids) and RSVP at www.scion.com/avrelease.
