She's acted in Christmas Vacation, Cape Fear, and Natural Born Killers. She started Juliette and the Licks, which disbanded this year, and now she's back on the music scene with Juliette Lewis & The New Romantics. Unlike many actors-turned musicians, Juliette Lewis holds her own onstage, bringing growling vocal energy to the down-and-dirty rock styling of her backing band. She's beginning this tour with the Pretenders and Cat Power, but they don't seem to be on the ticket for this show, making it only slightly less awesome. Not sure what show diana saw, but Juliette and the New Romantics rock! Love Juliette as an actress, but have a much better respect for her after seeing one of her concerts. Great voice and so much energy on the stage. The New Romantics just sound awsome. The whole show kept me on my feet and wanting to hear more. Keep up the great work and hope to see you play live again.
