Angry Pudding, Stonefox, Psycho Daisies, Dirty Boxes Play Alligator Alley Saturday

​Alligator Alley has a stacked lineup for Saturday, which includes the most rawkin', grrrliest band in South Florida, Angry Pudding. The foursome is one of the best punk groups around, playing with a femme-driven grit that, well, is sort of hard to find in these parts. I admit, I have a serious soft spot for the XX-set, but South Florida, come on! I feel like our tri-county punk scene is dominated by testosterone. Can we borrow Kathleen Hanna from Willie Mae Rock Camp and send her over to the Talent Farm? Angry Pudding will play along with some of our favorite bluesy garage rockers Stonefox, and psychedelic indie groups Psycho Daisies and the Dirty Boxes. Doors open at 8 p.m., music at 9:30. You may want to show up at Alligator Alley early because it'll feel like a packed house even if only the bands show up. Admission costs $7.
