Crossfade Live: Free Album, Locos Por Juana at Jazid, February 5

• Boy! This band is a joke. The first song (que paso) isn't even a song (the second one "cuchalo" neither) and the freestyle is so poor. Definitely no songwriting skills. Great rhythms don't get me wrong, but where's the content? When the guy talks he sounds like he's either drunk or high and then he talks about how he "writes" music every day, I've seen them perform live many times and the same song always has different lyrics, nothing wrong with that but the freestyle is so poor. I wonder why they were nominated to the grammy? Makes me think is all politics because what I just wasted my time listening to SUCKS. I just hope some other people take a stand and comment on this too because I'm really tired of all the buzz this band gets and the only talent I see there is on the band's musicians being able to play their instruments right. If I were an artist "me daria pena" I would be ashamed of making a recording like this public. Annoying my family! Funny thing is that I am playing this loud in my house everybody is asking me "WTF" is that!?!!? Can't support a band like this! They should even consider changing the name it's a shame that a band called "LOCOS POR MARIJUANA" represent Miami. They lie everytime the press asks them about their name, why don't they tell the truth and express it like in their songs? where he just said is so good to smoke Marijuana to feel the vibe? I have nothing against people who smoke weed, but c'mon don't you have something better to do than to infest the world with your drug addiction? How come they're always the hot topic? They keep announcing "new stuff" and they keep playing the same stuff they have been playing for the past who knows how many years??? ... pretty much more than half the set is old crap. Actually, the band is great, they are too much music for a crappy singer. I may sound like a hater, but the truth hurts... someone has to say it.
