Props to Michael J. Mooney, blogger over at our sister blog the Juice, for spotlighting the plight of Chrissy Benoit, who owns Havana Hideout in Lake Worth. Basically, local officials were riding her pretty hard to pay an "Entertainment Fee" aka "Dancing Tax." Benoit countered that she does not charge a cover when she hosts an occasional live act.
