Vampire Weekend Teams Up with Kid Cudi, Best Coast for a New Converse Collaboration

You'll probably recognize Vampire Weekend's keyboardist/guitarist and backup vocalist Rostam Batmanglij in the video above, where he talks to Converse about his musical beginnings. You can catch him along with the rest of the band on October 13 with Beach House. But if you can't wait that long, Batmanglij has teamed up with Kid Cudi and Best Coast to make a new track called "All Summer" for Converse.

Converse and music go hand and hand (hello, trademark show sneakers), and you might remember another collaboration between two dudes and a chick exclusively for Converse that happened back in 2008, with our very own Pharrell Williams, Julian Casablancas, and Santigold.
