International Thursdays at Jazid Brings You Hip-Hop Latino, with Ephniko

​So you love International Thursdays at Jazid, brought to you by MiamiAlterlatino.com. You know it, we know it, what's the point in hiding our feelings? The series has been kicking some ass since day one with their weekly jaunts around Latin America, from Brazil to Colombia to Argentina and showcasing styles like rock en español.

But, while some nights have repeated in the past few months, the organizers aren't merely resting on their laurels, contentedly watching their creation run on autopilot.

No, they're continuing to think of new theme for International Thursdays, and tonight is one such newly minted theme: hip-hop Latino comes to Jazid tonight.

You'll hear music by your favor Latin rappers, like the Cuban trio Orishas, the fiery Spaniard who spits rapid-fire, La Mala Rodriguez, El Abayarde himself, Tego Calderon, and much more. Did we mention there'd be live music by Ephniko? If you've never heard them for yourself, these cats drop some seriously hard-hitting lyrics.
