Last night, the Adrienne Arsht Center
's young patrons, Green Room Society
, hosted a preview of the brand new (and inevitably very blue
) Bombay Sapphire Lounge
. It's officially opening to the public on October 19, but those attending Arsht performances can sneak a peak before that official date. The Lounge is located on the ground floor of the iconic Carnival Tower, with an outdoor seating area in the courtyard of the Ziff Ballet Opera House.
The Green Room's hobnob included a DJ set from Poplife
's Arimis Lorie
. Hit the jump for a recap and more photos.
Bombay spoiled guests with a seemingly endless amount of complimentary gin cocktails while also catering to other preferences with their full bar. Waiters passed around some sweet treats, including powder sugared brownies and vanilla cupcakes.
The color palette choice was obvious. Almost everyt blue object functioned as some sort of product placement. (Don't worry Barcardi USA, we won't forget who's running the show.) Any more blue and Aramis could have mixed a version of "Under the Sea."
