Exclusive: Arkadia's Lineup Brings Sander Kleinenberg, the Shapeshifters, and More (Plus New Club Photos)

​Miami has been buzzing about the Fontainebleau's latest nightclub addition, Arkadia, ever since Drake hosted his birthday party there on October 23. Guests like LeBron James, Alex Rodriguez, and Edward Norton baptized the space in the name of Grey Goose before it had even opened to the public.

Crossfade got a chance to walk through the nightclub with their management team, MMG, snap some pics, and nab the details of the upcoming DJ lineup before anyone else. Think Sander Kleinenberg and the Shapeshifters.

Arkadia is named after the arcade that occupied the space during the Scarface era. The club actually feels like being inside of a pinball machine, with mirrored walls reflecting dashing lights that move to house-heavy beats. It plays off its vintage history with antique chairs and the occasional crystal chandelier. Paying homage to le Bleau's history, the entrance to the bathrooms is covered with sepia-tinted photos and newspaper clippings.

​So what can partygoers expect from this new lounge?

​In comparison to neighboring LIV, a significant size and sound difference. Arkadia's capacity tops out 388, meaning no shoulder to shoulder sweat-swapping like you might at LIV. MMG plans to counterbalance LIV's diversity by focusing mostly on house and open format music. After looking at both schedules, it is likely that if a DJ is playing at LIV over the weekend, they will probably play at Arkadia at some point as well.

Arkadia will also be incorporating its adjacent, private pool into the lineup. The club is currently open Thursday to Sunday, and will launching Aloo! Tuesdays on November 9. The shindig will start poolside with a complimentary BBQ before moving indoors at midnight. Once the pool area picks up, MMG plans to operate Arkadian-style day parties on the weekends.

​And the DJs? Tonight brings residents Mitch LJ, Keidy (formally of Mynt Lounge), and Justin Sheppard. Saturday, Ross One kicks off his residency with an opening set by Ruen. Sunday, the world famous Tiësto will be manning the decks. Then on Sunday, November 14, expect Paul Oakenfold, Chuckie, and Nervo.  Thursdays belong to Erick Morillo's Subliminal Records, featuring a different artist every week.
