Conor Oberst and Bright Eyes Announce Tour Opener at Fillmore Miami Beach March 2 UPDATE

​Finally, an excuse for all you oversensitive indie types to stop being so emo and leave the bedroom for a few hours ... Conor Oberst and Bright Eyes are coming to Miami!

In approximately 77 and a half days, the band will kickoff its first tour in three years at the Fillmore Miami Beach before zipping around the East Coast, Canada, and the Midwest for another 12 dates in places like Lake Buena Vista, Atlanta, NYC, and Boston.

Already, one of two Radio City Music Hall shows has sold out. So don't snooze on Miami's batch of tickets.

Featuring core band members Oberst, Mike Mogis, and Nathaniel Walcott (plus four more unnamed players), this tour will immediately follow Bright Eyes' February 15 release of its seventh album, The People's Key.
