The Groove Cruise sets sail from Miami January 29!

It's gonna be three days of unadulterated hedonistic fun under the sun, all to the beat of some seriously high-energy electronic tuneage. You'll need some tan in a can. You'll need tons of water. And you'll probably need an industrial-sized supply of Dramamine.

But even if you end up leaning over the port-side railing while puking into the ocean, this party on a boat will be worth every heave. And here are five fellow passengers totally worth the sea sickness.

5. Funkagenda
UK DJ-producer Funkagenda's reputation precedes him. And his industry accolades speak for themselves, including awards for Beatport's Best Tech House Track in 2008 and DJ Mag's Best Breakthrough Artist of 2009. With Mark Knight's Toolroom Records as his home label, Funkagenda consistently tops the international EDM charts with his slick big-room house bangers.

4. Dirty South
Dirty South is another industry heavyweight that needs little introduction. The Melbourne native catapulted to the top of the international DJ ranks in the late '00s, where he's remained ever since. Dirty has a ballsy penchant for reworking rock classics by Led Zeppelin and the Doors, and no one can deny the buzzy pleasure of "Phazing," his 2010 Harry Nilsson-sampling cosmic electro-house smash hit. This dude is sure to rock the boat with some energetic DJ sets aboard the Groove Cruise.

3. Oscar G
If you're a true Miami house head, then Oscar G is your patron saint. Back in the early '90s, Oscar and his seminal Murk Records single-handedly put Miami on the house music map. Under monikers like Liberty City, Funky Green Dogs, and Deep South, he saw seven consecutive singles reach #1 on Billboard's Hot Dance Music/Club Play chart and he has attained legendary status for a new generation of DJs digging those deep classic cuts. Today, Oscar G is busier than ever, alternating between his long-standing DJ residency at Club Space and regular stints in NYC, where he recorded 2010's Live From NYC compilation mix at megaclub Pacha.

2. Alexi Delano
Chilean DJ-producer Delano spent his formative years in Sweden where he was part of the first wave of notable Swedish EDM producers in the mid '90s. And he has since cemented his reputation as one of the world's most forward-thinking techno producers. His output for such labels as Poker Flat, Plus 8, and Clink consistently surprise listeners while his DJ sets span the broad spectrum of transatlantic four-on-the-floor funk, ranging from dark minimal to vivacious big-room tech house. He's sure to bring some much-needed underground edge to the cruise's majorly commercial lineup.

1. Sydney Blu
We couldn't finish off this list without including at least one lady DJ. And Sydney Blu can definitely rock it harder than most boys. The Toronto-based electro-house sensation first garnered international recognition after her 2008 debut single "Give It Up For Me" got picked up by Mau5trap, the label of fellow Canadian Deadmau5. That insidious bass-driven monster shot straight to Number One on Beatport, where it stayed for a couple of months, remaining one of the most massively successful singles ever released on the online store. Fast-forward to the new decade and Sydney Blu heads her own label, Blu Music, and continues to make the rounds at top international venues like Space Ibiza, Pacha in New York City, and Mansion in Miami.
