Cash Money's Birdman -- AKA Baby, Lil Wayne's Daddy, Mr. Millionaire, Bryan Williams.

Who is Phil the Mayor? He is a nationwide party promoter, and the Thursday-through-Sunday boss in Miami.

What's happening this Friday? His birthday.

Why should you care? Well, it's at Club Play on South Beach, you're invited, and Cash Money Records' Birdman, the legendary Biz Markie, Superbowl winner Atari Bigby, and the amazing, amazing, and yes amazing Amazin Amie will be your hosts.

What's that mean for you? A party packed with VIPs where the liquor will flow like the ocean tides. There'll be sexy ladies everywhere and we're guesssing more surprise performances than you can shake a stack of big-face hundreds at.

To prep, we asked Phil the Mayor a few questions.

Crossfade: How old are you turning tonight?

Phil the Mayor: [I'm gonna be] 33 years old. Still feeling like I'm 21.

Will you throw a million like Ross?

I might not throw a million. But I'm gonna definitely do wat I do and create a scene.

What do you love about Miami and throwing parties here?

The energy and different personality's of the ppl out here is like no other.

Will there be performance? And who is going to DJ?

Celebrity guest DJ the legendary Biz Markie with resident DJ Stevie J. We definitely have some surprise guest from the music, fashion, sports, and film industry. Hmmm..It's my bday so I'm bringing out some personal friends to bring the house down alongside Cash Money CEO Birdman, Super Bowl champ Atari Bigby, and I can't forget the eyecandy edition with Amazin Amie and friends.

Do you get to party or is this work?

I've learned there is no such thing as partying when your mind is on making money and making sure your guests are having a great time. The Phil the Mayor motto: "I am here to MAKE MONEY. I'll keep my EYES on THE PRIZE." Then I will party like no other.
