A week and a half ago, Bruce Springsteen's buddy and E Street Band sax player Clarence Clemons died in a Palm Beach hospital from complications following a massive stroke. He was 69 years old.

Yesterday, the Boss honored the Big Man by posting his eulogy to brucespringsteen.net. And last night at Sun Life Stadium, another group of rock legends paid tribute to the late Mr. Clemons.

Closing the Miami stop of its 360° Tour, U2 devoted the last song, "Moment of Surrender," to him. "We'd like to dedicate this song to a friend who recently left us," Bono said. "There's a star that's brighter in the firmament tonight. His name is Clarence Clemons. His family and friends are here."
