Radiohead Kicks Off U.S. Tour in Miami on February 27

​Radiohead just released the first 10 dates of its 2012 US tour and we couldn't be any happier. Thom Yorke and his mates from Oxfordshire will be kicking things off at the American Airlines Arena on Monday, February 27.

Since releasing its eighth studio album, The King of Limbs, earlier this year, Radiohead's been on a tear. For the first time in 11 years, the band played Saturday Night Live, opening the 37th season as the program's musical guest. A string of New York appearances followed, including an appearance on the Colbert Report and two intimate shows at New York City's Roseland Ballroom.



Two month ago, Radiohead released TKOL RMX 1234567, a two-disc remix record consisting of King of Limbs tracks. It featured remixes by Jaime XX and Caribou, among others.

The Miami date is one of two Florida stops scheduled on Radiohead's tour. The group will play Tampa on February 29 before heading to Georgia for a gig at the Phillips Center.

The first three dates follow the same route Radiohead took on 2008's In Rainbows tour. The only difference is that the King of Limbs tour finds the group playing arenas. In 2008, they were playing outdoor venues like the Cruzan Amphitheater.

Luckily for us, we don't have to venture all the way to West Palm to catch Thom Yorke's crazy dance moves this time around.
