Ultra Music Festival sold out months ago.
So unless you're wiling to drop $7,500 on a VIP package or purchase ridiculously marked-up General Admission scalper tickets, quit bitching and accept the fact that you're not going to catch Tiësto in his (second) hometown.
Instead, settle for second best and catch him live via YouTube as Google Play, Heineken, and Red Bull partner up with UMF TV to live-stream this year's Ultra Music Festival beginning at 4 p.m. on Friday, March 23.
Yesterday, Ultra hit their 47,000 Twitter followers with a "very special announcement" tweet:
UMFTV announces the first ever Ultra Music Festival FREE HD LIVESTREAM pres. by Google Play! View the livestream at youtube.com/UMFTV-- Ultra Music Festival (@ultramusic) March 21, 2012
For the first time ever, the world's premier electronic music festival will be streamed live in high definition at no cost on its official YouTube channel.
Billed as a "365 UMF experience with live streams, post event movies, artist specials, documentaries, and more, UMF TV currently has seven videos in its lineup, including the first trailer for Can U Feel It: The UMF Experience, a recap of last year's festival, and a 2012 teaser short."
Naturally, that means y'all can throw that naked rave party you've been talking about and experience Ultra simultaneously.
