Best Coast Coming to Grand Central in July, Bethany Consentino Loves the South, According to Those Darlins

News that Bethany Consentino's Best Coast would hit the road later this year in support of their upcoming LP, The Only Place, surfaced last month on indie music blogs like Pitchfork and Brooklyn Vegan.

Embarrassingly, the group's tour announcement flew under Crossfade's radar and by now, you've probably already heard that Best Coast is coming to Miami on Tuesday, July 10 for a one-night stand at Grand Central.

But did you know that Tennessee's indie garage-country sweethearts Those Darlins are coming with?



"Best Coast has shown Those Darlins so much love that the bear on their new album should be hugging the state of Tennessee," Those Darlins wrote on their website. "Hell, they are also taking out Nashville bro's Jeff The Brotherhood on this tour."

Best Coast kicks off their spring tour on May 18 in Los Angeles with Jeff The Brotherhood. The two will play 13 west coast dates before Best Coast hops the pond for a string of European Festival gigs.

Those Darlins will join Consentino's group on June 24 in New Jersey, providing opening support on the remaining 15 shows of the tour.
