Replace Axl! Tupac's Hologram and Four Other Superstars Who Should Front Guns 'N Roses
|GNR can do better.|
Why didn't they think of this sooner? We saw Axl and His Scabs a few months ago. And, uh, let's just say we'd prefer an ensemble featuring Slash, bassist Duff McKagan, either Steven Adler and Matt Sorum on drums, and guitarist Gilby Clarke.
At the Rock Hall ceremony, Myles Kennedy, vocalist for the band Alter Bridge, filled in on vocals. But who might GNR tap next? We've got some suggestions.
Yeah, sure, Axl Rose has thrown some temper tantrums, smashed a lot of gear, and caused one or two riots. But only Fred Durst, singer/rapper for quintessential nu-metal outfit Limp Bizkit, has commanded the ultimate bro mosh pit from slam dancing hell. Fred Durst fronting Guns 'N Roses could be the new Audioslave. But even shittier.
Like so many child pop stars, The Biebz has gone from muppet to sex addict in no time. A month ago he was talking about "swagging" all over his prepubescent fans. And if the above video is any indication, Young Bieber looks to be preparing to unleash a mach 5 level mack. What better way to score chicks than front a hair metal band?
Or maybe Guns 'N Roses should just be honest with themselves and come to terms with the fact that The Singularity will be preceded by the entire planet getting caught in a Skrillex mosh.

Hey, President Obama's nominee for the head of the World Bank has proven he knows how to boogie oogie oogie. Maybe he should front the new, improved, globally sanctioned Guns 'N Roses.
And then for the grand finale you could have Biggie's Hologram come out with Diddy IRL and everyone could break into a dubstep remix of "I'll Be Missin' You."
