Do the tiki-tiki with Junior Sanchez.
The seemingly endless traffic nightmare is over. The crowds have gone home.

That's right -- Memorial Day weekend 2012 came and went, and now the locals have reclaimed South Beach. The nightclubs are back to business as usual, booking superfamous international DJs and catering to the bottle-popping, fist-pumping tiki-tiki music crowd.

From Venezuela to France, DJs from around the globe come here to drop beats and bleep-bloops in our backyard. If electronic dance music were a religion, Miami Beach would be a mashup of Mecca, Vatican City, and Jerusalem.

These are the six best club parties on South Beach this weekend.

Kontrol Presents Fur Coat. Thursday, May 31, 11 p.m., Mansion, 1235 Washington Ave., Miami Beach; 305-695-8411; mansionmiami.com. Tickets cost $15 plus fees via wantickets.com. Ages 21 and up. Is Venezuela the next Sweden, a breeding ground for internationally accessible house music and groove funk? If Sergio Muñoz and Israel Sunshine are any indication, the answer is a very definitive yes.

Digital Fridays. Friday, June 1, 11 p.m., Cameo Nightclub, 1445 Washington Ave., Miami; 305-532-2667 ; cameomiami.com. Tickets cost $25 plus fees via wantickets.com. Ages 21 and up.. Whether it's a touring DJ or resident Christian Falero, Cameo's Friday-night house music party is one of the best on South Beach. This weekend, Mr. Falero takes the deck and spins some of the finest EDM music you'll hear all summer.

Super Fridays Presents Knife Party. Saturday, June 1, 11 p.m., Mansion, 1235 Washington Ave., Miami Beach; 305-695-8411; mansionmiami.com. Tickets cost $45 plus fees via wantickets.com. Ages 21 and up. Australians are wild. Don't believe us? Clearly, you don't know Gareth McGrillen and Rob Swire, two electro rockers turned dubstep DJs from Perth. These guys go hard with the womp-womps and they're taking over Mansion this weekend. Don't even think about blocking these dudes on Facebook.

'The nightclubs are back to business as usual, booking super famous international DJs and catering to the bottle-popping, fist-pumping tiki-tiki music crowd" Super famous international DJs my ass. These guys play the same old sound - Campbell's audio canned crap. I miss the cutting edge days of Nikki Beach, Opium with Dave Seaman (Renaissance Awakening), Oakenfold (Journey into Trance, Game Master), and the best (great, late) sound to ever appear - Bossa Mundo. Now its all noise, all about money, and bored crowds that pay for something.

No mention for the LINK anniversary at Treehouse? Shameful. Best showcase of underground electronic music this city will see for a while.

Are you purposely forgetting Steve Bug, Nina Kraviz, Magda and a whole bunch of other DJs who won't play Levels will be in town because you don't want the good spots to get crowded or because you're on the Opium Group/MMG payroll?
