Gunplay is free, homie.

Well, sorta ... After surrendering to Miami police on an outstanding armed-robbery arrest warrant and getting his day in court with Judge William Thomas, then spending 12 days behind bars, the Maybach Music maniac has finally posted bond.

And all it cost was $150,000.

Of course, the Human L.A. Riot is still facing a potential life sentence for allegedly robbing and pistol-whipping a Tax Place employee.

But at this very moment, Gunplay is probably chillin' at his crib on house arrest.

"The state did not prove that Mr. Morales was a flight risk or a threat to the community," attorney Michael Grieco tells NBC6. "He should be home with his family shortly. This is first step in clearing his name so he can continue his emerging music career."
