It has a star-studded cast, featuring appearances from fellow Canadian Drake, A-town hero Ludacris and of course, a very tiny, shorter-than-his-female-costar Justin Bieber.

Motherfucking oppa oppa, you guys. It's "Gangnam Style." You probably dressed up as Psy for Halloween, but you didn't do it better than this guy. The K-popper out LMFAO-ed LMFAO, out beliebered Bieber, and totally shat on everything that's come before him. All in four months flat! He's got 826,061,391 views so far. And he'll probably have twice as many in four more months. Because you people are ridiculous. We'll just have to wait and see if Psy can do it again.
