Britney Spears's Baby Fathered by Federline's Brother? Bitch Stole His Credit Card Too?

Woah, what the fuck year is it?

Looks and sounds like 2006. Because Britney Spears is hitting the headlines with Federline baby drama. Oops, girl, you did it again.

Turns out, Feddie Le Bland's brother is claiming a love triangle with the singing baby mama. He even says Brit's lil' bundle of joy Sean Preston is actually his kid.

Also, Spears made him cry, said he had a small penis, and stole his credit card for a shopping spree.

According to National Enquirer, Fed fam member Christopher went to the cops and told them this "maniac" acted like a total diva bitch all over his life.

Court documents read as follows:

"She is out-of-control and a maniac. [She] went to Kevin's house to pick up Sean Preston and Jayden James, and [his] wallet was on Kevin's coffee table when Britney opened it up and stole [his] Capital One credit card. Britney ... laughed at me [and] told me my brother Kevin ruined her life. Britney made fun of me and told me I have a small penis. She also blackmailed me and told me if I tell the police that she stole my credit card, that she will tell the world I'm the true father of Sean Preston, not Kevin. I do confess I slept with Britney, and I am the true father, but the public does not need to know."

Wow, what a mega-bitch. This was all during the craziest quarter-life crisis of our generation, though. And thankfully, Brit's since cleaned up her act and she's totally holding down a job as a comeback queen and reality talent show judge.

But we can never escape our haunted pasts, can we?
