Will Call. Monday, December 31, 10 p.m., at 700 NE Second Ave., Miami; 305-577-5900; willcallmiami.com. . Live music and booze is Will Call's way of celebrating 2013. The downtown bar will be having live performances from the Livesays and Coz Canler from the Romantics. After the party favors, midnight champagne toast, and obligatory balloon drop, DJ Patrick Walsh and other surprise guest DJs will be partying it up till the early morning. Stick around all night and your first meal of the year will be on the house.

La Gran Naranja. Monday, December 31, 8 p.m., Bayfront Park, 301 Biscayne Blvd., Miami; 305-358-7550; bayfrontparkmiami.com. It's the largest free New Year's Eve party in Miami. This year, it's being renamed to La Gran Naranja to celebrate the 500th anniversary of Ponce de Leon discovering Florida. Watch the Big Orange rise to the top of the InterContinental Hotel as the crowd counts down to 2013. At exactly 12 a.m., there will be a massive fireworks display with neon blue, green, and yellow explosions in the sky. ¡Prospero año nuevo!
