Chris Brown's "not working on negativity" anymore.

Instead, the Grammy-nominated hothead says he's turning to Jesus and Michael Jackson for inspiration to help get him through his latest public display of douchebaggery: Sunday's parking lot scuffle with Frank Ocean.

However, Brown may also need his lawyer.

Reuters reports that Ocean is ready to press charges, potentially jeopardizing the terms of Brown's probation stemming from the pop's star original public display of douchebaggery: assaulting Rihanna on the eve of the 2009 Grammy Awards.

"[Ocean] is desirous of prosecution in this incident," Los Angeles County Sheriff's spokesman Steve Whitmore tells Reuters.

But Breezy's not going down without a fight.

According to TMZ, Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos, has been working closely with detectives in an effort to clear his client's name of any wrongdoing.

Surveillance footage obtained by Breezy's legal team allegedly contradicts original reports that Brown threw the first punch.

In fact, the video suggests that the brawl was between opposing members of either crew, and that Ocean and Brown were merely bystanders at the wrong place, at the wrong time.

However, the footage only shows the "back end of the fight," according to the gossip site. Police are still investigating how it began.

In the meantime, Brown is focusing on his new album, Michael Jackson, and painting horrid images of Christ's crucifixion.

The 23-year-old pop star cryptically vented on Instagram yesterday via a series of emo-ish updates, including a picture of his latest painting and a group photo of his clan in the recording studio.

"Working on my album," he said. "Not working on negativity. Focus on feeding ya family. Bullshit will forever be in the shadows."
