Miami's Four Best Bike-Friendly Bars, According to the Miami Bike Scene
Photo by Michael E. Miller Yeah, Miami's bike scene is a kinda big deal.
You don't have to be a hardcore cyclist to know that the 305 bike scene is a thriving movement.
Just take a look at the swarm of cyclists that storm the streets of Downtown during Miami Critical Mass (even D-Wade and Gabrielle Union have been spotted among the helmets).
Or at the po-po drama sparked by the June 28, 2013 arrest of chef AJ Constantin for selling ice cream during the gathering and the hit-and-run incident involving a Mount Sinai doctor that same night.
Yeah... The bike scene is pretty rad and it's momentum is only growing with every ride.

Rydel Deed of the Miami Bike Scene organizes monthly events for cyclists across the Magic City, much like the Beer Snob Bicycle Pub Crawl going down this Saturday.
In the spirit of the night, here are Miami's best bike-friendly bars, according to the cyclist himself.

Gramps. 176 NW 24th St., Miami; 786-752-6693; grampsbar.com.
"Gramps in Wynwood allows cyclists to bring there bicycles inside their courtyard," Deed explains.
"They typically have $4 draft specials for cyclists during pub crawls and provide cyclists with an outdoor water cooler to keep them hydrated."
Sounds like a cyclist's dream come true.
Via Facebook.com/TheFillingStationGarageBar The Miami Tridents may be a rugby team, but we're sure they'll agree with Deed on this one.
The Filling Station. 95 SE 2nd St., Miami; 786-425-1990; thefillingstationmiami.com.
"They do not have a space to accommodate bicycles," Deed admits. "But they always offer beer and food specials to cyclists during Critical Mass, bicycle pub crawls, etc."
Guess the Filling Station makes up for its lack of space with booze and grub.
