Ultra 2014's Phase One Lineup: Avicii, Diplo, M.I.A., MGMT, 101 Others

"It's lineup day!"

For the last 21 hours, Ultra Music Festival has been taunting and teasing international beat freaks with its 2014 Phase One reveal.

But now it's finally here ... A 105-act roster packed with big-name DJs (Avicii, Eric Prydz, Diplo, Hardwell, Tiësto) and a killer live contingent (M.I.A., MGMT, Dizzee Rascal, Cut/Copy), not to mention a surprisingly heavy rap presence (Pusha T, Riff Raff, Waka Flocka) and two classic UMF arenas.

Check the cut for Ultra 2014's full lineup so far.

Ummm same line up as usual, nothing new?! Ive gone to ultra the past 3-4 years, never paid a cent (I've been lucky with the jobs I have had) and never will. It's cool for what it is but not worth the money. If you are going to waste it on something like this Tomorrowland or EDC or turn on your radio and pop a pill in your living room.

One SINGLE 3-day Weekend is the way to go! ... 6 days was WAY TOO MUCH!

not that impressed with the headliners... Same old same old. I'm surprised Disclosure is not on the lineup. But then need a down-year every now and then. Hence the single-weekend approach. Ultra knows what they're doing.

So it's the same fucking people as every other year?

F- That, I'd rather goto EDC Vegas and spend that same amount.

The last one still has unpaid bills... Horrible security problems, and lack of management planning will eventually get the show shut down if they don't fix the issues... “I think it’s going to reach a point where the audience will go, ‘I’m not really feeling this anymore, I need something different’ or looks at their credit card bill and goes ‘I spent a lot of money and for what?’” http://www.southflorida.com/events/south-florida-events-go-guide-blog/sf-ultra-music-festival-2013-second-weekend-in-miami-may-be-canceled-20130109,0,4921731.story

Not every one wants to go to see the 200-300 dj's.

There are no surprises on this list, I'm not complaining but come out announcing Daft Punk or Gaga or Rihanna or Robyn W/ Royksopp or something shocking.

All these cheap asses complaining about the price are the ones chasing girls in clubs paying 15-25 for a drink lmao. So let's say there's around 200-300 djs, do the math it's not that much per artists. So how about you come up with the initial investment $ & then you can start calling out the prices for your OWN festival :P

lets see if this year they bring back 1 day tickets, if not there are tons of festivals that have come from europe that are in the states now. for example: mysteryland, q-dance, sensation white, tommowland, you have alot of competiton now ultra

for only $500 a ticket including some obscure service charge... sure why not!
