Tel Aviv, Israel, is a tourist-heavy beach and party town on the Mediterranean Sea whose concrete roadways are littered with hooker flyers.

It's a place full of Russian and Armenian gangsters, shadowy clubs, some of the purest MDMA in the world, and more guns than a fleet of U.S. war ships.

It's also the hometown of world-famous electronic bass musician Borgore, which might explain his fascination with crass material excess and misogyny. His latest music video, for "Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse," stars Playboy centerfold and actress Shannen Doherty (Mallrats, Beverly Hills, 90210) and he once made Miley Cyrus admit that "bitches" indeed do "love cake."

Here's what Borgore has to say about sex, bass, and why he loves Miami.

Crossfade: Wasup, man. How's it going?
Borgore: I'm doing amazing. Just in a rush to get to the airport.

How do you know Shannen Doherty?
Just through friends of friends. Everyone in L.A. knows everybody.

Cool. Have you already or would you ever fuck her?
Uh ... [Laughs] I dunno dude. She's married. She has a dude. I'm not saying anything. I'm not getting into it.

How did you come up with the concept for the video?
Well, it's pretty self-explanatory. The track's name is "Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse," so we just went with that.

How did "Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse" come about? Who is Sikdope?
Sikdope started sending me music like three or four years ago when he was still making dubstep. I always thought he had really big potential, but he never made anything where I was like, "This is the one." Then, one day, he sent me the idea for this track and I liked the melody. I was like, "Damn, dude, this song's gonna kill it." I brought the whole "Unicorn Zombie Apocalypse" idea to it to make the drop sound bigger and that's how it happened. Sikdope is writing really good music. Every fucking thing he's doing right now is incredible. He's got a really bright future.

How has Miami bass influenced your sound?
I mean, I feel like a lot of really good music is influenced by Miami. Every big hip-hop artists record in Miami. Then you got, like, Drake and Rick Ross. Miami is just that one city with all the best houses, the best clubs, the best females, the best basketball team. To be honest, I just love Miami.

Dude, for sure. But I'm talking about the Miami bass style of music. Did that ever influence you? Like Uncle Luke, Ghetto Style DJs, DJ Laz, Maggotron, Richie Rich. You know, all that there?
I'lI be honest. I don't know anything about it.

Damn. You would be into it. Anyway, what is a Jewnicorn?
It's a Jewish unicorn dude. It comes from extra money. It has a bigger nose. I'm Jewish, so I can make those jokes.
