Elvis Presley and Shameless Burlesque Break Out the Blue Suede Pasties
Elvis Aaron Presley goes downtown.
It's now or never. Turn your lonesome night around with The Shameless Burlesque's Elvis Tribute at the Vagabond, where scantily clad ladies will get all shook up to remind you the King lives on. You'll have to bring your own fried banana and peanut butter sandwiches, though.
The fine femmes of Shameless.
Expect an unforgettable evening full of glitz, garters, and hair grease. For starters, Ms. Holly Peño will be there. The raven-haired babe began her career at Eve's Parlor Burlesque in Chicago before moving to Miami and deciding to start an ensemble with "an old-school vaudeville speakeasy vibe." Thus, the Shameless Burlesque was born.
Randy "Elvis" Walker: He even smells like the King.
Then you've got Randy "Elvis" Walker, whose voice is so strikingly similar to Presley's that he can't talk in public without being showered in old lady panties. In fact, he's the only Presley tribute artist to ever perform at the famous Club Tropigala at the Fontainebleau Hotel, on the same stage that Presley himself once shared with Sinatra.
Now slip on your sequined jumpsuit and practice your karate kicks. The King is calling your name.
