Paper Magazine Talks With FriendsWithYou About Pharrell Williams

​FriendsWithYou's budding romance with producer/musician Pharrell Williams isn't exactly news. They haven't exactly been keeping it under wraps lately. But in this month's Paper magazine, the publication does a nice job of talking with Sam Borkson and a super-slim Arturo "Tury" Sandoval about how the superstar is helping them grow their brand.

However, the duo isn't exactly new to these kind of rock 'n' roll partnerships. FWY directed a commercial for Gwen Stefani's Harajuku Lovers fragrance and a Zune commercial featuring adorable puppets set to Santigold's "Say Aha." (In the article, Paper mistakenly calls them "music videos.")
More recently, Borkson and Sandoval have also been working with South African rave-rap outfit Die Antwoord on their imagery for their current tour.

Paper also talks about the collective's upcoming "Rainbow City" installation happening during Art Basel Miami Beach. We'll actually have more news on that as it approaches. Stay tuned. But in the meantime, read the feature and enjoy Miami's time in the spotlight.
