If you're a Miami scenester, you might already know Natasha Lopez de Victoria and not even realize it. Those trippy, colorful, pseudo-retro visuals you encountered at Poplife parties at then-PS14 and White Room circa 2008? That was her manning the VJ deck. The recent Robothands-directed Panic Bomber music video that looks like it was filtered through a Lomo camera? You can glean her dancing away inside of an oyster in a magical underwater land.

But that's just the tip of the neon, glittery iceberg. The youngest sibling comprising TM Sisters, Natasha fuses performance art, large-scale installations, dance, videos, music, and, sometimes even roller skating (she happens to be a talented speed skater) to create ambitious commentary on Miami-centric issues and pop culture along with her sister Monica.

A graduate of New World School of the Arts with a degree in Electronic Intermedia, she's been featured alongside Monica in the New York Times, Vogue Italia, and on the cover of ARTnews as one of its "25 Trendsetters" in 2007. Her work has appeared in biennales in New York and Moscow, as well as in gallery shows in Miami. Recently, she was accepted into LegalArt, Miami's very own (finally!) live/work residence for artists located downtown.

1. List five things that inspire you.
- Oceanic ventures & risky engagements
- Going fast (fitness)
- When the sky changes colors
- Vinyl records
- Playful sarcasm delivered with chops
2. What was your last big project?

Worked with my brother and sister creating an interactive video of two spear fishers shooting supernatural underwater creatures and characters projected onto the facade of the Drake Hotel for their Nuit Blanche festival in Toronto, Canada (and moving out of our warehouse studio).

3. What's your next big project?

Settling into my new live/work space at the Legal Art residency program in DWNTWN MIA. Then, the beginnings of a feature length film and learning how to surf better!

4. Why do you do what you do?

Experimenting with new projects and playing with challenging material is exciting because it's great to learn a totally new set of skills as I see what results within that new (to me) industry or technology!

5. What's something you want Miami to know about you? What's something you don't want Miami to know about you?

Do: I am introducing my www.RidiculousSweaters.com filled with my fun findings after Basel-time!

Don't: I am launching a similar project for soon after that!
