Lenny Kravitz Does Yoga at Basel, and So Can You

​Standing all day. Drinking all night. Roaming the streets for hours dressed in heels and strange getups. Art Basel is fun, but it can also take its toll.

Still, a normal workout during Miami's most faaahbulous week? It just doesn't seem fitting. How can you relax knowing that you're missing all those parties, openings and free booze?

He's one of the celebrities who'll be in attendance at YogArt's sunrise and sunset sessions, getting all zen right beside you if you're lucky. The program also brings singer Trevor Hall -- what, you don't remember him from the Shrek the Third soundtrack? -- and a whole host of famous yoga instructors to the beach this week. And because Art Basel is about, well, art, there'll also be a sculpture exhibition -- a collection of art pieces to give you inner peace.

Is it silly to combine the soothing, solitary practice of yoga with the blinged-out bedazzle of Basel? Maybe.
