Miami Dolphins Co-Owner Marc Anthony Ready to Square Off Against Jennifer Lopez in Family Court

​Miami Dolphins celebrity co-owner and Tom Berenger's co-star in The Substitute, Marc Anthony, is reportedly fighting for custody of his three-year-old twins.

According to US Weekly, the former Mr. Jennifer Lopez is incredibly bitter over that fact that J-Lo's 24-year-old backup dancer/boyfriend Casper Smart was photographed kicking it with Max and Emme over Thanksgiving weekend in Kauai.

The checkout-counter rag's source says Anthony "hit the roof" and is considering going "back on his word" regarding the ex-couple's custody agreement.



"He wants to make Jennifer suffer because she's having fun with someone new, and he knows this will hurt her on the deepest level," says the unnamed source.

Originally Anthony ceded primary custody to the feisty Fiat brand ambassador, but things are "getting vicious" y el salsero wants his kids back.

US Weekly's Rebecca Bienstock tells ABC News that "sources close to Jennifer told us that Marc is not that interested in having joint custody of the kids. He's really just using them to get back at her because he's so angry that she's moved on."

Ouch. Cultist really hates celebrity breakups. And furthermore, we really detest children being throw into the lion's den known as family court. Let's just hope the drama subsides during the holidays.
