Inside H&M's Permanent Lincoln Road Store: An Accessories Boutique, $500 Giveaways, and More

The long wait is almost over for Miami's fashionistas (and, uh, fashionistos?). Lincoln Road is finally about to boast its own, permanent H&M location. Starting November 8, the cheap, chic Swedish chain officially makes its mark on South Florida.

The uber-popular, fashion forward brand teased us with a summer pop-up off Lincoln Road, and Miamians flocked to scoop up neon tanks, bandeaus and flouncy skirts.

But alas, the temporary spot closed at the end of September, and Miamians have been devoid of trendy European fashion ever since.

The new flagship store is located inside the historic Lincoln Theatre, spans two floors and over 24,000 square feet of retail space. The locale will showcase ladies', men's and young trend collections, with a "shop-in-shop" boutique for accessories.

"This unique flagship store will carry the latest all trends such as slim and printed trousers, peplum tops, and embellished jewellery for women; and chic suits, fine knit sweaters, and leather accessories for men. It will carry the most fashionable pieces of the men's and women's collections all year round, as well as all special capsule collections and designer collaborations," an H&M spokesperson told Cultist.

"The beautiful two-story space located inside the historic and elegant art deco Lincoln Theatre protects the iconic nature of the building while maintaining the H&M feeling of fashion and excitement.There are unique H&M designed features in the store that will make shopping a one-of-a kind experience," they continued.

And their South Florida takeover doesn't end there. They'll be opening another location at the Aventura Mall before 2013.
