Regional Film Summit: South Africa: Infamous director Sean Metelerkamp (Die Antwoord, Death Grips) presents 90 minutes of work indicative of the ethos, interests, and methods of production of South Africa, followed by an interactive element.

"Rising Tide" Screening: Miami is in the middle of a cultural explosion. Filmed during the lead up to Art Basel Miami Beach in 2011, Rising Tide is a story about the visual artists who live and work in this emerging art city. This documentary takes you inside the working worlds of these unique creative talents and serves as the perfect introduction to the history and trajectory of Miami's creative development.

Borscht 8: It's the main event! Borscht 8 is a screening of short films commissioned specifically for the event. These shorts are made both by locals and in collaboration with visiting filmmakers from other regions, all of them made in Miami in the spirit of micro-budget independent filmmaking. Featuring new works by Amy Seimetz, Adan Jodorowsky, Jillian Mayer, Sean Metelerkamp, Celia Rowlson-Hall, and more.
