Pop-Up Pianos: First Look at This Year's Painted Steinways (Photos)
Pop-Up Piano Miami takes to the streets once again next week, adding its own combination of art and music to the madness that is Art Basel week. The organization launched this year's project with a party at Miami Iron Side last night, letting attendees see all eight of 2012's completed pianos for the first time.

Partygoers spent most of the evening taking photos of the pieces with their phones, due to an Instagram competition that offered free tickets to Pop Up Piano Miami's opening night, featuring a fundraising concert by Yuna and other surprise performances.
The pianos won't hit the streets until December 6, but you can check them out now in the photos after the jump.
The pianos drew a packed house early on.
