Chavez broke Diplomatic Rules by attacking a foreign official at a Diplomatic Event 3.Chavez interferred in the internal affairs of another country and, separately, 4. Attacked the legal status of a government both recognized within that county and in interntional law, including the United Nations. 5. Chavez continued to talk after his time was up 6.Chavez continued to talk after his microphone was turned off as the floor had been given to someone else, a separate violation from going over his own time 7. King Juan Carlos of Spain was choosen King of Spain by the Spanish Parliament, although the "suggestion" was made by Generalissmo Franco. 8. Franco was NEVER an ally of Hitler, although in the Civil War Nazi German and Fascist Italy supported his group. STALIN, who later MURDERED HIS SPANISH SUPPORTERS and the RUSSIANS WHO SERVED WITH THEM under FALSE NAMES and NATIONALITIES supported the other side, so this should NOT be held against Hitler, whose Regime was recognized by the US, England, France, Poland, and RUSSA until World War II. 9. Franco, far from helping the Nazis, saved tens of thousands of Jews by permitting them temporary or permanent settlement in Spain, but also by issuing Spanish passports to Greek and other Jews who only had a theoretical connection to Spain. Japan did the same as did some Central and Latin American Countries. Cuban issued such passports and immigration visas upon payment of large sums, then, such as in the notorious "St. Louis" Case (cousins of mine were on the ship and died in Extermination Camps) REFUSED TO LET THE SHIPS DOCK!
