Over the Weekend - Boat Show, Coconut Grove Art Fest, Soccer and more

It was a busy and wet weekend, so let's get right down to it. There were art festivals, boat festivals, and international soccer matches. Not to mention Miami's favorite fictional serial killer, Dexter, made his debut on network television. (Stick with Showtime Dex, CBS took away your edge.)

The Coral Gables Art Festival brought the crowds out this weekend despite the showers. The CGAF has lost recognition since the inception of Art Basel six years ago, but still draws strong crowds and is more of a "locals" event than the high-class Basel.

Honduras took down Guatemala in a soccer friendly
1 - 0 Sunday afternoon at Dolphin Stadium. The legendary Los Tigres del Norte of Mexico, famous for their corridos, were supposed to perform after the game, but canceled their show to the dismay of the fans who sat through the evening showers.

There is never any shortage of expensive products drifiting their way through Miami in an attempt to catch the eye of some billionaire with cash to burn. From the car shows, to Art Basel, to the Miami International Boat Show this weekend, Miami can be a consumer playground to the rich. See some of the million-dollar-yachts from the event in this slide show.
