Alas, the salad days of Botox on the cheap appear to have come to an end.
According to the Herald, Coral Gables police have arrested Aguirrechu on suspicion of practicing medicine without a license.

He could face a five-year sentence, all for helping the beautiful but broke of South Florida maintain their shiny plastic faces.
