Get it? Because if you bailed out a boat, you'd need a bucket, and now we has that bucket. Is it the best bucket? I am not sure, but Hahahaha...it is Friday.
Rep. Ileana Ros-Lehtinen changed her nay to an aye, while The Diaz-Balart brothers stuck with their stance against it. In Wednesday's Senate vote Republican Mel Martinez voted for it, while Democrat Bill Nelson voted against it.
