The annual growth rate of personal income is only 3.4%, where as in the best State, Texas, it's up 5.8%. Employment growth rate is down -0.7%, 2.21% of all loans are in foreclosure, and the Annual Real Gross State Product has only grown 0.1% (as close to negative as any State gets).
