Martinez v Diaz-Balart CBS 4 Debate Back On, Maybe, Who Knows

Riptide is about half way out the door for the day, but Raul Martinez's campaign just sent out an email saying they've agreed to a CBS 4 debate on October 13th. Of course much like the passage of the bailout, things have looked like they're all set a million times before only to have it all come crashing down.
