Phelps Takes Gold at the Gansevoort, Sapp Snags Silver

Sapp was luckier. Both were in town for various Orange Bowl and New Year's-related festivities and checked into the Gansevoort on South Beach. Sapp, never one to keep his mouth shut, challenged Phelps to a lap in the pool, and Phelps accepted.
TMZ has the video, but -- spoiler alert -- Phelps won.Â
