Every year, the New Times staff picks the 12 people who have managed to disgrace themselves and, guilty by association, the city. This year's Dirty Dozen included everyone from former Heat, current Phoenix Suns player Shaq to possibly hairy-puss aficionado Alberto Carvalho. Check out our Dirty Dozen illustration below and feel free to download the PDF so you can snicker at it throughout 2008.
By the way, is it too early to speculate who will be on the list in 2009?
Jack, if being permanently disbarred by the Florida Supreme Court isn't disgraceful, what is?
So long douche!
Wow, being singled out as a "disgrace" by a publication like yours, given your track record, is a real honor. I'd put this award right up there with receiving the ACLU's "Censor of the Year Award" in 1992. If you can judge someone by his enemies, then I must be one Hell of a good guy with enemies like the unintentionally funny New Times. Thanks, kids. You just made my year. Jack Thompson
PS: If you think I "disgraced" myself in 2008, just wait 'til you see what I have in store for 2009.
