Jerry Bruckheimer may be the most Miami-obsessed TV producer since Susan Harris -- the creator Golden Girls, Nurses, and Empty Nest, the trio of 80's Magic City set sitcoms.

The uber-producer already brings us CSI: Miami every week, for better or worst and is co-producing Rakontur's upcoming HBO adaption of Cocaine Cowboys. Not to mention his cinema success with the Bad Boys franchise.

Well the man with the golden touch for shows in the land with golden tans has yet another series up his sleeve: Miami Trauma. There's not much information yet on the concept except that it's about trauma room doctors in Miami, which seems pretty evident. The pilot was picked up by CBS last month, and so far 24's Lana Parrilla has been cast.
