More Anti-Obama Idiots in Florida Can't Spell

Remember Andy "Obama Half-Breed Muslin" Lacasse? Of course not, it was over 9000 news cycles ago. The poor redneck from some hell in Central Florida put a misspelled, sharpie sign in his front yard.

Well another idiot in Fort Walton Beach, Larry Ford, has a misspelled anti-Obama sign, though it's even more embarrassing considering this one looks professionally done. Pic: here.

The sign starts off well enough: "January 20, 2009" -- you may remember that as the day Aretha wore the greatest hat of all time to some sort of inauguration. Then "A Day of Darkness," well we remember it as a rather sunny day, but perhaps the weather conditions were different in Fort Walton Beach. Then to end "Hussen ???"

Hussen? The marine and non-marine cargo surveyors? This Last.FM user who seems quite fond of KT Tunstall? This dead artist?

Oh, wait Hussein? The middle name of the President of the United States?

Here is his response to the misspelling from The Daily News:

"I think everybody knows who I'm talking about, don't you?" he said. "American people are the stupidest people in the world, but something like that I think they can figure out."

I've noticed in several forums that Obama-haters, particularly the more venomous ones, tend to be grammatically challenged. That and these two stories make me think that there is a causal factor connecting it all: low intelligence. And of course, the fact that both Ford and Lacasse are from Florida doesn't help their case. Plain and simple, these guys are morons and pity is what we you should feel for them.
Why does the sign have a Christmas wreath on it? It would have been more accurate if it said a day of "blackness" rather than darkness. I bet this is one of those guys that can't tell you which continent Iraq or Afghanistan are on, but he wants to kick their asses anyway.

A better title for the article would have been: "Pro-Obama fuckhead Kyle Munzenrieder needs to go back to high school english 101" Make sure your own article isn't full of mistakes before you criticize others for theirs. You are pathetic.

Why, may I ask, are you posting this? This is not progressive. This is not productive. This, is hypocrisy!(This is SPARTA!!!--Had to before someone else did). A major proponent of Obama's idealism is the elimination of stereotypes and bigotry, replacing them with compassion, patriotism, tolerance, and brotherhood. Why do you feel you have the right to put down your countrymen? Even without taking into consideration the fact that you made multiple misspellings in your own post, the fact that you feel you can belittle another person, simply because he does not look, think, act, or believe in the same way you do automatically makes you a hypocrite. I urge you to consider this as you make judgements, and decisions, in the future. Try being part of the solution, not part of the problem. In fact, do you remember where you saw that sign? Instead of belittling him, go to his house, and talk to him. Reason with him--let him tell his side of the story. Correct him if his facts are wrong. Ask him to provide proof for his arguments. Point out to him, that if he is correct, then providing verifiable proof should not be an issue. Do this, and then write about it. If you do, email me, and I will help you promote it.

Early summer at the beach SHOULD be nice and warm and breezy, but it's hot, humid, and still. Go to a beach restaurant and they have big smelly buckets of burning bug repellant everywhere including ON your table to keep the flies from eating you alive, and don't get me started about the variety of flying, crawling, and running-on-their-hind-legs roaches; bedbugs infest every hotel to boot. Violent crime is rampant and drugs and drug addicts are everywhere, and the people who aren't drug addicts are ignorant rednecks like Larry Ford, or retired New Yorkers. Go out into the country and it's devastated by hurricanes with the soil soaked with salt water and the vegetation half dead. Speaking of dead, road kill opposums, snakes, raccoons and cats litter every roadway along with god knows what else. Hopefully one day a large enough hurricane will finally (and gratefully) put Florida completely underwater where it belongs.

Hussein, the descendent of the Prophet Mohammed (again, it can be spelled many ways in English) has been spelled several different ways when descendents of his were rulers of states within the English Empire and they received Knighthoods or Orders of Knighthood, especially the Order of the Indian Empire, now extinct. Go look on the internet for the spellings of rulers of Moslem, also spelled Muslim, States within the British Empire and see how one Nawab who spell Hussein one way, his neighbor, maybe even a cousin relative, spell it another! Well I find it amazing that a news publication with such stature as the new york times finds it permissible to allow a "blogger" to use a 4chan meme (read: over 9000) in a site published post. Not that I disagree that many people who are anti-obama for the wrong reasons are stupid, but at what point do you draw the line between professionalism and just throwing around rumors and accusations? Maybe I was wrong, and probably have been since I don't read blogs, but I thought the major media companies held published materials to a higher standard than this.
So this blog post, written solely to jeer at a missing letter "i," itself has two major spelling errors. That's much funnier than the author's weak taunt.
