Reuters reports that they've filed for bankruptcy, siting declining membership and expensive leases. New Evolution Fitness Co plans to acquire the gym.
In the meantime, your six pack will not be effected. The company plans to keeps its two Miami location open during the transition. Though, there's not telling what changes the new owners will make to make the operation profitable.
