Somehow This Happened in Another Miami: Man Arrested in Women's Swimsuit

Through the help of lots of technology, we keep an eye on everything that happens in Miami, but once in a while our little computer friends spit out something that has to do with the Miami Valley area of Ohio, which includes Dayton. Usually we ignore this, but it's the end of the day and this is too good to pass up.

Kevin L. Miller hopped into the Little Miami River in a green one-piece women's swimsuit and chased two ladies in a canoe and some kids with ice cream. Here he is -- still wearing the little green number -- being hauled out of a police car. It is a horrific thing to watch.
